Dan helped me navigate through a divorce in 2013 with reliable, prompt attention and wise council. Dan is the type of lawyer, if children are involved, will look out for the family as a whole and ultimately what is in the best interest of the children in the long run not to mention you, his client. Legal issues are generally a highly emotionally charged event in one’s life. What that being said, I have been able to call on Dan Kirby to this day for council regarding family law. Dan helped me through my divorce and in my opinion he did an outstanding job. My ex-wife and I were able to settle everything through mediation and not have to go to a hearing. My husband and I were in need of a will, we met with Dan told him what we wanted he prepared it had it executed, what an awesome person. Dan was very helpful and got the job done. Then I was offered a severance package had Dan look it over and advise. Here again Dan was quick to respond and felt very comfortable talking with him, gave me some questions to ask my employer that was not addressed in the package. Very happy with Dan, he's very professional caring and gets the job done.

My x-wife became an alcoholic and her activities began to endanger my daughter. I didn't know what to do until I spoke with attorney Dan Kirby. Within a few days, I had an emergency order preventing my x from having my daughter until a hearing. At the hearing, supervised visitation started taking place. Eventually my x gave me custody.
